S&G and N&J it was so fun to get to do this with you! For those reading this, the pictures cannot do the meal justice and they are awesome! Sheldon's descriptions come close but you really need to try some of Ina's recipes for your selves (you definitely need your friends there to enjoy it with you), you will think you are a classically trained French Chef! We enjoyed every single bite and didn't leave out feeling full even with all that food (not to mention K and I didn't eat lunch to have a little extra room). What you will ultimately need is someone like Sheldon (or N) to pair your courses with an outstanding wine. This was one of the best meals we've had there....heck just about anywhere and it will be remembered for as long as we live -- D&K

Lisa makes (non-C/R) challah french toast the same way with the exception of the orange peel. The Amaretto goes very well with it, and we generally pair it with a couple varieties of fresh fruit (mango and strawberries, last time). I think we'll have to try the C/R version to compare.

I have to agree 100% with you on this. As a frequent guest of WDW my husband and I have had the same problems. We were at the pub in England @ Epcot. It was wall to wall people and only 2 bartenders. And one of them was just doing drinks for diners. Thankfully we stay at the Wilderness and can get a drink at Artist Point with out any grief. Because as you said the bartenders are spot on there. Well except that when your from WI and you ask for an Old Fashioned. :)
