Homemade marshmallows are always a great treat. They frequently evoke the response “I didn’t know you could make marshmallows,” as if they somehow just magically appear in a factory somewhere. If you’re willing to put up with a little mess (and a lot of cleanup), then they’re definitely worth the effort.
